Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 5–7 working days after dispatch

Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 working days after dispatch

International Orders: Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned as we expand our reach.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at info@shopisten.com. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items:

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no extra cost to you.
