Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Isten jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, our simple return and exchange process is here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have all original packaging, tags, and labels intact

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice

  • Be supported with an unboxing video (from the moment the sealed package is opened) in case of damage or missing items

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at info@shopisten.com or DM us on Instagram with your order details.

  • Our team will verify eligibility and arrange a pickup or guide you through the process.

4. Refunds

  • All approved refunds will be issued as Isten store credit or gift cards.

  • Store credit/gift cards will be sent to your registered email within 7–10 working days after quality inspection.

  • These can be redeemed on any future purchase at Isten.

5. Exchanges

If the same item is unavailable, you may:

  • Select another product of equal value

  • Pay the difference for a higher-value item

  • Receive a refund as per the refund process above

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved jewellery

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously, but in rare cases where an issue occurs:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and the unboxing video

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you
