2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD is available only for orders under a certain value and may be excluded for high-value or custom pieces.

A handling fee of ₹149 applies for COD orders.

Customers are required to make full payment at the time of delivery before opening the package.
3. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

We do not store your complete payment details on our servers.
4. Order Confirmation
Your order will be processed only after successful payment authorization (for prepaid orders) or COD confirmation.
5. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.
6. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
